Hi, Lately I Have This Stuffy Feeling In The Back

Hi, lately i have this stuffy feeling in the back of my throat, when i swallow it feels like i have to clear my throat, i do that daily and nothing clears, i also cough alot. sometimes it feels as if a hair is stuck in the back of my tongue, sometimes it also feels as if i have thousand of hair on my tongue. i am deadly scared of doctors and to go to a hospitals lol.
