Hi, My 18 Year Old Daughter Woke Up With A

Hi, my 18 year old daughter woke up with a sore throat yesterday morning. As the day wore on she complained of feeling tired, achy, sensitive skin, and overall just not well. By evening she had a fever 102.2 F and complained of being nauseous. She vomited twice in the middle of the night. This morning her fever was up to 102.8, still no appetite, food smelled bad to her. In bed all day, lymph nodes swollen/sore, and throat still very raw and burning. Achiness somewhat decreased a bit. Fever went down to 101.8 just now but she had also just taken a drink of water. Took two ibuprofen just now and has been able to keep down some sorbet. Flu? Strep? Just keep an eye on her? She's been drinking plenty of water.
