Hi, My Baby Is Around 8 Months Old Weighs Around

Hi, my baby is around 8 months old weighs around 8 KGS. She is having running nose, slight cough and temperature around 102 F. When she was 4 months old , the Doctor had suggested maxtra 0.3 ml. What is the recommended dosage at this age. today being Sunday,no Doctor is available and I will take him to paediatric tomorrow, so need an advice for the time being.
