Hi My Child Is Suffering From Cold Nd Cough Since

Hi my child is suffering from cold nd cough since 5 days, He is 1 year and 10 months old.
We consulted a physician near by he suggested roscilin injection for 4 days continuesly, protussa, ciplox ear drops, Fenceta, pedicloxy.

We have used the medicine for four days and cold has come down a bit but the nose block is not cleared completely, cough is still their.

Can you suggest wht to do!!
