Can H. Pylori And Erythematous Mucosa Gastritis Cause Severe Fatigue, Dizziness, And Fever?

Hi, my friend has been feeling much gas in his stomach, acid reflux, bloating, difficult breathing, severe fatigue and lack of energy and dizziness and fever. He did endoscopy and discovered erythematous mucosa gastritis. And last year he did h pilori blood test which was positive. Can h pilori/ erythematous mucosa gastritis cause severe fatigue, lack of energy, dizziness and fever? If yes, then how long will it take to get get well and full strength and energy with the triple treatment of Omeprazole and antibiotics?
