Hi, my friend is 55, very overweight, and collapsed today at work. It was very hot where we were. Our school nurse rushed out and could not get her blood pressure to register. Then, she did get a BP and the bottom number was 160. The PE coach was there and could not feel a pulse in her legs. An ambulance was called but before they even got there she started vomiting. Another teacher rode with her in the ambulance and said she continued to vomit in the ambulance. Of course, we are very concerned and can not get any information from the hospital. We are wondering if this is a heart attack? Stroke? Heat exhaustion? Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you! Patty
