Hi, My Husband Has Been Feeling Unwell Since Last Tuesday

Hi, my husband has been feeling unwell since last Tuesday afternoon after having a beer. That night and since he's been having fever and chills that soak the bed- and it's mainly only at night. He also is passing a lot more gas, both farting and burping, his neck at the top of spine is really painful, has migraine and his body aches all over. When breathing deeply he has a slight pain in his left side, no pain urinating but doesn't urinate as often as normal after drinking lots(water). Slight dizzy spells when getting up off a chair or out of bed....and I think that's everything :)
