Hi, My Husband Has Been Having Tingling In His Head

Hi, my husband has been having tingling in his head and all over his body, he has chills with it, he is taking Naproxen and Robaxin, due to a lot of pain from fibromyalgia. could this meds cause these symptoms, also he has had neck surgery replaced his c5 and c6 due to accident, could this be the problem
