I am a 52 year old black women who have been having lower abdominal cramps for a week now
A year ago my cycle stop, it came back this year 3 days medium bleeding normal for me last to days I
only experience light staining. Last week my breast became heavy and tender that lets me know that the following week i will begin my cycle, well I haven't, my breast is still heavy and tender and I am still having lower abdominal cramps, they are tolerable but uncomfortable pls help
p.s. I am taken pamprin for last couple of days it goes away a little and puts me to sleep than when the cramping comes back I wake up Thanks, Sincerely, Kim
