Hi, My Name Is Shelby And I Am Having Various

Hi, my name is Shelby and I am having various symptoms, including...frequent burping, upper abnormal discomfort (after vomiting for the day after), vomiting at night between 3-4am, has happened 3 times in the last 3 months. I have instant relief when I am done vomiting. Second time it happened I had severe abdominal pain and almost went to the ER, but when I was done vomiting the pain went away. Loose bowel movements for the last couple months that I can recall.
