Hi, My Platelet Count Has Been Above The Normal Range

Hi, my platelet count has been above the normal range over the past year, im not sure what measurement was used but based on the results it has been between 400-600 while the normal value range indicated is 170-400. I have a a high blood pressure but controlled (taking perindrophile agrinine, amlodophine, and indapamine). My uric acid and white blood cells count are at the borderline values as well. Currently taking fuboxostat 80mg for my uric acid. My full abdomen ultrasound came back almost normal (kidneys, spleen, bladder) only the liver is fatty but the rest are normal. I dont drink or smoke, and slightly overweight and dont have an active lifestyle. With all the information i mentioned, was there any cause of my platelet count being so high?
