Hi, my question concerns my son who is thirty seven, married with two young children. He was diagnosed with a herniated disc almost two years ago. He had a cordial stimulant box inserted in his lower back. He is still in dreadful pain. He is on very strong prescribed medication. He saw two consultants initially. They said he did not need surgery. He has been attending a pain management consultant since. He did the operation forbthevbox. I am so worried about him as he is still in dreadful pain two years after the accident. He had all the tests, scans etc done. Do you think,at this stage there might be a possibility of minimal access surgery for him. Thanking you, Eileen.
