Hi, My Question Is If I Only Have One Thyroid,

Hi, my question is if I only have one thyroid, could that be an underlying result from bad odor and unpleasant taste in my mouth, because the hormones are not regulating my organs properly? Also, I brush three times a day, been to the dentist, GI, and the ear nose and throat, everything is normal. All my organs are normal besides that fact that I have an enlarged bile duct, fold in my bladder, and blood in my urine.
