Hi My Wife Wakes Up Every Morning And Passes Out

Hi my wife wakes up every morning and passes out we have seen numerous doctors, pulmonary, cardiologist , allergist, ent, neurological, and not getting many answers.They think it could be an autonomic disorder but she hets severe hives and when she sneezes she has a hard time breathing and her heart rate shoots to 117 for about five minutes. It seems to be getting worse and I am concerned about her well being any thoughts would be appreciated.
