Hi, My Wife Wrist Was Cut By Sharp Object Almost

Hi, my wife wrist was cut by sharp object almost more than 4 months ago. The Dr. had recovered following:
> Lacerated Ulnar artery ligated
> Lacerated Median and Ulnar nerve repaired
> Lacerated tendons including (FCR,FCU,FDS of all four fingers, FDP to all except index which was partially lacerated) repaired
Now, she can move her hand but she can not hold small objects such as paper and her thumb is also not working. She is getting physiotherapy from last 16-18 days with EMS and TANS. The local doctor has given one month time to make a decision for further small surgery but initially they had said that it will take more than 6 months for full recovery. She can feel touch on her partial wrist and tips of fingers still have no feeling. Her fingers/hand is still not straight in normal mode and after stretching it is not getting full straight with fingers.

We are worried and looking for expert suggestion and direction to recover the hand ulnar and median nerve as it will be difficult as the time pass over.

Based on above provided fact, would you please help to recover it?
