Hi, My Wifehas Preggnant For 10 Weeks And Her Urine

Hi, my wifehas preggnant for 10 weeks and her urine test shows that mucous was present in her urine sample. The results also show positive for ascorbic acid, hazy appearnce, glucose > 500mg/dl, and RBC = 25ul. However, she also did the glucose resistance test on the same day and collected her urine sample after she finished the glucose drink. Is that the reason causing this abnormal results?
