oh my, I'm really embarrassed about this, sorry.
I got a big lump on my anus, since Friday 13th (what a coincidence). It was just there when I woke up. I had diarrhea the day before, so I thought, it is just a bit sore there (I struggle a lot with that issue), but then I discovered that pea-sized lump. It doesn't have any particular coloring or anything, it just sits there and hurts like hell! It burns and itches, all the time.

Do I need to worry? Will it go away by itself?
