Hi, Recently I Used A Qtip To Clean My Ears,

Hi, recently I used a qtip to clean my ears, and now a few days later I can barely hear out of my ear. I used a qtip in the same ear today and found an area that was very painful. I am wondering if I just pushed earwax back and clogged it, or if there is an infection and my ear is swollen. I can't afford to get to the doctor's office.
