Hi, Since Yesterday, I Have Experienced Certain Itching And Discomfort

Hi, since yesterday, I have experienced certain itching and discomfort in the vaginal area. I used a mirror to check it out and discovered some white discharge after I looked underneath and between the lips. There was a lot. I washed those on the surface off with warm water. But when I pulled further, I noticed more white residue in the hole that I can't wash off because it's inside. The lips are slightly swollen. Everything below the clitoris is sensitive, to hairs, underwear and touch. I shower twice everyday and am a clean person.
Help!
