Hi There! I Am A 34 Year Old Female. Yesterday

Hi there!
I am a 34 year old female. Yesterday afternoon I hurt my back. It's been sore for a few days, but when I was bending down to pick something up, I felt strain in my lower back and upper thighs and felt a "gritty grinding" feeling in my lower back and felt /heard a kind of "snap" or "pop". I felt searing pain and had a lot of trouble getting to my room to lay down. Most of my right leg and foot is numb and in getting muscle twitches and spasms in my buttock, thigh, calf and foot. I am having a tough time walking due to the pain and numbness. I don't think I am able to get down the 2 flights of stairs in my house or sit in a car. My question is, do you think I should go to urgent care right now or wait to see if it gets better in a couple days?
Thank you so much,
Kindly,
Rebekah
