Hi There I'm 29 Have Pcos And Had A Little

Hi there I'm 29 have pcos and had a little boy last October by c section to our shock as I was 6 months gone when I found out am even after doing tests both home and doctors as had no symptoms apart from no periods but due to pcos didn't think much of it especially after being checked and told no when it should have been positive. My question is we are ttc again and I've had spotting in September followed a week later by my period last month was just 3 days of light spotting and no period and so far this month nothing. My veins on my arms are more visible, lower back ache, had headaches, just recently been feeling hotter than normal, feeling of flutters in my tummy, sometimes I can smell things others can't, sometimes get a strange taste in my mouth also my hair feels thicker and Fuller but seem to be loosing more than normal. I'm just wondering to save my money and Dr's time what you think my chances are that I could be pregnant as I've no idea what to compare it to as I had nothing with my little boy what so ever!!
