What Does My Chest X-ray Showing Minimal Fibrohazy Densities In Both Upper Lobes, Presumed PTB, Mean?

Hi there, I ve done xray and the result surprise me, in my apicolordotic view, confirms the presence of min fibrohazed densities in both upper lobes, presume to PTB. It was pre medical test prior to a job offer and it left me big ???. Pls give me an insight of my xray result, thank you.
