Hi there. My name is Mario. I am 31.. I am I light smoker. I mean when I am home I smoke two cigarettes before going to bed. And because I work night shifts , when I am at work I smoke a bit more. Thats about four or five cigarettes.. after I smoke a cigarette I feel very week, very dizzy like everything is going round and round all the time , my feet heavy and my heard beats very strong , like it will brake.. and I have a diarrhea every time I finish smoking.. what could it be? I tried stopping smoking but I can't.. must have worry??I don't have any health problems except from my iron which is always low but never had any health problems because of that. Thank you..
