Hi there, so I've been off my period for at least two weeks now and have had no problems like this in the past. Over the past two days, my lower stomach and pelvic area have been hurting. It feels very much like the soarness one experiences after sex but it feels higher u. Be mindful, that is just an example.
I'm not entirely sure if it's just from working my core and stomach too much during exsersize or if it's due to my recent change to pescatarianism, dehydration, or lack of nuetrition, or any number of things. I know I am not pregnant because I have not been physically intimate since my last menstral cycle. I appreciate all of your help and future suggestions.
