Hi, This Year I Have Had Two Episodes Of Diverticulitis.

Hi, this year I have had two episodes of diverticulitis. The first was last April and I experienced extreme abdominal pain on my left side to the point of having difficulty walking. I took a course of two anti-biotics: Cipro and Flagyl. Everything went back to normal. Starting October 9th, I again had what I thought was diverticulitis again starting with abdominal pain on the left side, but the inflamation spread to across the lower abdomen to the right side. Again I was treated with 2 anti-biotics: Levaquin and Flagyl. Bowel function is back to normal, but I still have intermittent, unpredictable, not severe pain on my right side. I had a CT scan which did not show any abnormalities. The liver and gall bladder could not be seen, so today I had an MRI and do not have the results. I would like to find what is causing the discomfort.
