Hi,I Am Concerned ,I Missed My Period Last Month And

Hi,I am concerned ,I missed my period last month and then had some Brown discharge not long after, only when I wiped.I took a couple of urine test but they all say negative. I am now having loose stools, and very fatigue,plus headaches. I had cramps around the time I had the brown discharge which lasted three days, but went away.I also have an IUD but it is time for it to be removed.Can you help me figure out what could be wrong with me?
