Hi,I Got An Electrical Shock On An Escalator That Malfunctioned,

Hi,I got an electrical shock on an escalator that malfunctioned, I have seen physicians regularly, as I have very bad headaches now and hip pain while walking, I am not getting any answers or medical help, I'm being told it will go away on its own,I also seen a neurologist who insisted my headaches are not caused by the electrical shock.
