How Can CHF, Whole Body Pain, Knees And Stomach Swelling Be Managed?

I have CHF and bodily pain. I also have hypothroidism. and lupus. My face and eyes are very swollen. I have started getting swelling and pain where I did not have pain before, for example behind my knees and stomach. It is very severe, but no one will do anything about it. Before, when I had told my previous doctor I was in excruciating pain, he refused to do anything about. Now, I found out that at time I had broken two ribs. I just don't want to go through that again.
