How can I deal with my nausea? I have a really big feeling that this is because I know my mom is cheating on my dad and I can't do anything about it. He's working on the road and I don't wanna mess things up. My nausea started the same time I found out about her doing this and I've been using ginger to help me cope with the nausea but I need a permanent solution. I know I just need to say something to my dad about it but I'm not sure how. I really need help with this.
