How can I wean my husband off 28mg of Namenda xr. He started Aug 20, 2015, on 7mg for 7 days; then 14mg for 7 days; then 21mg for 7 days and then 28mg for the rest to now. He has no appetite, sleeps all the time, his mind is a blank, some dizziness, no energy, some confusion is depressed, and gets shortness of breath if walks a bit.
