How Can Penis Rash With A Circular Pattern Be Treated?

i have a rash on my penis, i have had it for around ten years, ive used all kinds of creams and been to see a dermotoligst and they still havent given me any answers, sometimes it is worse than others, it is generally in a circular pattern, i have neen percribed creams and even been given a course of aciclovir but it still doesnt go away, they have taken 2 skin samples to test for lichen planus and other skin disorders
