I have a weight problem, or actually am not good at losing. For 3 weeks I ate 2 eggs for breakfast, no lunch, water and a salad for supper. I lost @7 lbs. I added metamucil for fibre and take 1 tbsp in a glass of water plus try to follow with another plain water 3 times a day. No change in bowel movements at all and no added weight loss.I have added meat back to my daily food. I do not eat bread, potatoes or sugar .I check carbs on everything i eat, and eat less than 60 grams a day. I am very dedicated to my eating habits but have started gaining the weight back.I am 5 4 and weigh @ 155lbs.My dr believes I have poor metabolism and no other explaination as to why I stay so heavy.I ve had all the blood work and am in the health feild myself.I do not cheat on my carbs/sugar as I d only be cheating myself.Any thoughts??Kelly LeBlanc, N.S.
