How To Get Rid Of Edema In Legs And Feet?

I am flying this afternoon and I have severe edema in my legs and feet. I would like to know if it is safe. I have been on Lasix for three weeks with no relief. I have also been on Depakote, which can cause edema. I just stopped the Depakote so hopefully the edema will cease, but would like to know if it would be safe to fly today. Many thanks!
