How To Get Rid Of Rash On Face?

5 days ago, I have devoleped a weird rash on my face, more on one side. Literally, pimple on pimple, I can't count them. My face was always quite clear. I am 39 yo, and I've bee on methimazole for over a year for hyperthyroidism, 10mg propranolol, and for past 4 months on Zovia 50E for low estrogens level. The rash is just on my face, and I look like I am on drugs! Any suggestions?
