Hi, I need help on how to control my anxiety attacks. I had one before last year and I searched up the symptoms (at the time I didn t know what was happening) and found out it was a panic attack. Every since then it didn t happen again until 3 weeks ago when I had one. I thought it was an asthma attack so I called the ambulance and they took me to the hospital. They then told me they thought it was anxiety, and now most of the time I am having these attacks and I get really scared. Whenever they happen I tell my mom, she drives me to the hospital, then I feel back to normal. I want to know what kind of anxiety this is and how to control, because they are starting to effect me everyday lifestyle.
