How To Reduce Pain In Inner Calf?

Hi.. I am getting a severely sharp pain in my inner calf. it feels almost like a bee sting and lasts for a few seconds but really hurts and stops me in my tracks. Any suggestions? It just started today but has happened three times over the past 12 hours. ty
