How To Treat Abdomen Pain And Burning Sensation During Urination After Smoking Weed?

Hey Doc, been smoking weed for a good few years now and never noticed any bad side effects or anything unusual, within the last week I ve been suffering pain in my abdomen, went to a hospital and got the all clear but since then have been having bladder problems, always needing to go to the toilet, a burning feeling during and slightly after urination, could this be caused by weed smoking or is it more likely to be a UTI or possibly even STD?
