How To Treat Blockage In Left Coronary Artery Inspite Of Being Diagnosed With Ischemia?

dear doctor sb my brother whose age is 58 years old and has hypertension and diabetes for the last 18 years now his stress test is positive for ischemia, his sugar (FBS) is 150mg/dl and he is on insulin thereapy,his BP is 130/90 with medication his weight is 60 kg and hieght is 180 cm,now he has done angiography ,which shows that he has 70% blockage in left coronary artery,please advise me how to proceed ?( medicaion,stent or CABG)?thanks alot
