How To Treat Fever,headache And Swollen Nostril Post Hysterectomy?

Hi ,I am four weeks post op for total Hysterectomy. At three weeks, I got a 102 fever, ER thought it was a virus. Three days later back in the clinic with a fever, swollen glands under neck, headache and swollen right nostril with pus and blood. It is now been six days of oral antibiotics and topical. Fever gone but nostril still has pus, blood and tender. Should I go back in?
