Hi,I want an idea of what to do regarding my hair lossless.I am a healthy, active 44 y.o, female, and have had the abnormal 'to me' hairloss for 8 years. Yes, that's a long time! I thakfully started out with a great, head of hair. I have had such hair loss over the years, some more than others, and I always think that maybe this will be the day it stops, the week, the month, or the year. NO! I have been given hormone pills/ estrogen, after the birth of my daughter, but I didn't notice any difference, and decided that some of the possible side effects were not worth it at the time. I tend to go with the more natural approach to things, but I don't know where to start.I have not had any recent blood work, but previous tests say that all is "normal."I recently started to sweat more, get hot often, have more fat around my middle, and have facial hair that I never did before. Ugh! Remeber though, please, my main issue is head hair loss.Is it hormones, is it age, is it normal, is it not. I sure hope its not. I have gone from being confident, to not so much, because of this hair problem. Do I have low T, too much T, low estrogen? I dont know where to start? Thank you, Christine
