How To Treat Heaviness Above Nose?

I have this heavy feeling above my nose which makes my eyes feel all squeezed and pushed from the socket.I have to forcefully open them for full view which incidentally becomes double vision.For me to see one object,I have to let my eyes remain in that tight squeeze which gives a feeling like my eyes are closing in.In that tight fix,the eyes movement is static and can gaze at one sentence when reading for ever which then gives me a sleepy feeling.So I dont read often.When I force my eyes open with the double vision,the tearing is too much,you would think am crying.This condition has been on for years and has seriously affected my quality of life.Help
