How To Treat Nausea,abdominal Pain And Mild Constipation Despite Having UTI?

I recently had a cold and took Olive Leaf extract for 4 days to get rid of it. It's gone, but right after had pain on urination so Dr. said I had a UTI that is resolving. Now I have pain in my left lower abdomen, nausea and slight constipation. Oh, also, my urine smells VERY bad and strong. I am generally very healthy 55 year old, don't take any meds and don't go to the Dr except for well woman exams. Suggestions?
