How To Treat Severe Tailbone Pain Caused Due To Internal And External Hemorrhoids?

Hi,I had a colonoscopy and they found Hemorrhoids internal and external. They were removed last week. They are now back. I didn t strain with bowel movements, so don t know why they came back. Prior to colonoscopy I had severe tailbone pain and still do. I also have sudden numbness around my bottom. MRI of my spine came back clear. My nurse felt a lump on my tailbone a week after surgery. It hurts when you push on it. I can t sit or lay down, but standing isn t so bad. Norco does help a little, Tramadol not very much. I do sits bath. What can be done to relieve this pain? Can lumps just occur after that type of surgery? I did have breast cancer last year, no nodes involved. Possible sign of cancer? I have a family history of colorectal cancer. Thoughts? Thank you in advance!
