I am 22 years old with PCOS, GERD, and slight gull bladder issues (just some sludge, no stones). For the last year or so, I've been experiencing these episodes and the doctors haven't found anything wrong. All the sudden, I'll feel weird. I'll just be on my lap top and I'll get this rushy feeling in my head, which triggers my anxiety (which I have NEVER had before this started happening). Then, I start getting really cold, get chills and nausea. After a while of this happening, I'll feel a bowel movement coming on. Lately I've had a lot of back pain, sciatic pain that's affecting my knee, foot pain and neck pain. I have anxiety and depression like never before. I don't get periods unless they are induced by progesterone. I've also had this pain in the sides of my neck, under my chin (it's not thyroid, TSH levels were normal on a recent test). My mouth has been excessively dry than usual, which is weird because I drink copious amounts of water a day. (I don't have diabetes...yet). I also have circulation issues. When I'm sleeping, my hands and feet fall asleep so easily and frequently. Also, there are times when I can hear my heart in my ears beating so hard, but not fast. It feels like I'm walking around when I'm just sitting down. I went to the emergency room the first two times this happened and stopped going because they discharged me after doing a few tests, just leaving me with questions and a nice, expensive bill. The only things I've gotten done were a metabolic panel, all of which looked okay, besides my triglycerides being high. Should I get an MRI of my head to see if there is something in there causing this? Should I go to a cardiologist to check on my heart? I just don't have the money for this stuff.
