I Am 33 Weeks Pregnant, I Have 2 Concerns, I

I am 33 weeks pregnant, I have 2 concerns, I tweezed out a pubic hair and it has grown in on my left panty line, it has grown in deep and I have a sore bump, I cant get it out, even stoped shaving, how can I get it out, I cant see there over my tummy. I have also grown bumps, like warts on the top part of my pubic area since I stoped shaving, I feels (since I cant see there) like it grows leaves to some sides and is getting more and bigger. What can I do? Would you also suggest I rather use hair removal cream on my pubic area?
