I Am 34 Yrs. Old Male Weight 83 Kg Height
I am 34 yrs. old male weight 83 kg height 167 cm, I was reported in general medical checkup as I am having Grade I fatty liver (The SGPT is 216), identified last 2 months. My liver function is normal and no pain or others syndromes. I am non-alcoholic/not drinking / not smoker. Please see the below test reports for your reference.
My Biochemical Examination reports: SGPT (ALT)-216 U/L (Ref.Range-30.0-65.0), S.Creatinine-1.3mg/dl (Ref.Range-0.6-1.3), R.B.S-6.5mmoI/L (Ref. Range- =240H), H D L-Cholesterol-34.0mg/dl (Ref. Range->35.0), L D L-Cholesterol-98.0mg/dl (Ref. Range-=500 very high).
Hematological Examination reports: Hb% -14.6g/dl (Ref. Range-M: 13-17), Total Count (WBC) -6500cmm (Ref. Range-Adult: 4000-11000), Neutrophils -55 % (Ref. Range-Adult: 40-75), Lymphocytes -38 % (Ref. Range-Adult: 20-50), Eosinophils -02 % (Ref. Range-1-6%), Monocytes -05 % (Ref. Range-2-8%), Basophils-0 % (Ref. Range-0-1%), Platelet Count -220K/L (Ref. Range-150-400), PCV (HCT)-0.44L/L, RBC Count-5.16 million/cmm (Ref. Range-3.5-5.25), M C V -80.7fl (Ref. Range-76-96), M C H -28.4pg (Ref. Range-27.5-31.5), M C H C -35.10g/dl (Ref. Range-31.5-35.5).
Sero-Immunological Examination reports: HBs Ag -0.043 Negative (Ref. Range-0.160) and Anti HCV-0.130 Negative (Ref. Range-0.170).
USG of Whole Abdomen Examination reports: Liver: Liver is normal size with bright parenchymal echo texture. No focal lesion is seen. And Gall Bladder, Biliary Channels, Pancreas, Spleen, Kidneys, Urinary Bladder tested and the results came as normal.
But as per USG report says that Fatty change in liver (Grade-1) and Mild enlarged Prostate (Volume-29.7 cm3).
I have consulted with Dr. (Liver & Medicine Specialist) and he told me that I am suffering from Grade I fatty liver and start taking Tab. Ursocol 300mg (1+0+1)-2 months. Tab. E-vit 200mg (vitamin e) (1+0+1)-2 months and Tab. Omega 3 1mg (0+0+1)-2 months.
I was also tested recently for TSH, Value-9.84 µIU/dl (Ref. Range-0.3-5.5) and T4 Free, valve-1.11 ng/dl (Ref. Range-0.93-1.7). I have consulted with Dr. (General Prac.) and start taking Tab. Euthyrox (Levothyroxine Sodium) 50mg & every morning- continuously.
Whether the above medicines are sufficient for my condition and how long take the above medicines? Please suggest me the diet to be followed for my condition.
