I Am 36, Male. Last Year (April,2015) I Had Medical

I am 36, Male. Last year (April,2015) i had medical checkup and cea was 4.8. All other blood results and tumor markers are normal. As per doctor suggestion i followed test every 3 months. CEA increased to 5.5 - 6.0. Fluctuating between 5.3 to 6.5 . I am not smoker. I had abdominal ct scan, stomach endoscopy, colonoscopy, chest Xray and ECG. All are normal.
My symptoms are upper right back pain, upper chest pain (not in center), side ribs pain. Right arm and right leg below knee are tender. when i press it pains slightly. The pain is not continuous. comes and go. I contacted lungs doctor for my upper chest, side ribs pain and he said it is rare to get lung cancer and at my age. He is not ready to get CT scan of lungs/chest.
So far nothing is diagnosed. I am confused and worried with my symptoms and CEA level. Please suggest what to do.
