I Am 46 . I Was Diagnosed With Systemic Lupus

I am 46 . I was diagnosed with systemic lupus is 1999. The sun never bothered me until 7-8 years ago. I loved the beach, lake, etc. I was in the sun all the time. Now, I cannot tolerate the sun at all in the summer. I live in TN. It is 93 degree's here today. The heat, even after the sun has gone down makes me extremely ill. I have hprrirble flare ups, to the point I get so weak, it takes me a week to recoop from 20-30 min. in the heat or sun in temps 70+. I have a four year old grandson who is my word, and the frustration is unreal. The family are going to a Fourth of July festival, and the fireworks are around 9pm. I want so badly to go, but it is very scary because it will be around 80, and the humidity is like a sauna. I have trouble with my lungs all year round, and with my breathing. I want so badly to risk this for my grandson. What is your opinion, or any advice on how to handle the heat better? Any meds that may help with that??? Thank you!
