I Am 46 Years Old And Haven't Had A Period

I am 46 years old and haven't had a period in approximately 14 months. I began spotting for a few days and went to the Dr. My blood test results showed my fsh level was 94 and the prolactin level was 46. I did have a biopsy done which came back negative and showed an endometrium breakdown (inactive). Does this sound normal? I feel like my hormone levels are conflicting?? Especially since the office was convinced, due to my age, that I wasn't through with menopause. Btw, I've had every symptom of menopause for the past seven years. Irregular periods, mood swings, severe hot flashes.....
