I Am 52 Year Old Female, Average BMI, No Current

I am 52 year old female, average BMI, no current medications, and fairly active. Last month or 2 have moderate to severe joint pain, hip knees, elbow, neck. Feet tingling and painful to walk. Difficulty getting out of bed in am, in time can move but continue pain. This is all new. X-tays and labs all negative.
